We all lead busy lives. Working long days, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to get everything done, does there? It’s no wonder exercising to stay fit and healthy isn’t a priority for many people.
But given the startling statistics – one in four adults and one in five children (aged 10-11) in Britain are classed as obese – we really should be taking our family’s health and fitness a lot more seriously.
