Client

The Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa is a 4-star hotel set in a beautiful rural setting, not far from Coventry in Warwickshire. Part of the Mercure group, the hotel has its own health club (the Brandon Health Club) and spa. Brandon Hall, a former 17th century shooting lodge, is also a popular wedding venue.

Scope of work

The Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa approached me to write blog content for several of their websites, including their main website as well as their health and leisure website (Brandon Health Club) and wedding website (Brandon Weddings). For the health club I will be providing a series of ongoing blogs related to health, fitness and exercise. Content for the wedding website is to showcase the wedding venue, while the main Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa website will focus on the hotel facilities to encourage more business through spa breaks and staycations.

Respectacle Company is an independent opticians and eyewear shop in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. They opened in 2016 and stock an extensive range of exciting glasses and sunglasses from some of the best eyewear designers in Europe, including WOOW, Caroline Abram, L.G.R and Theo.

Scope of work

Respectacle Company approached me initially to manage their social media. After discussing with them the importance of updating the content on their website, my work for them eventually progressed to helping them with blog content, which is also extremely valuable for sharing on their social channels.
